Taha Tinana (Physical Wellbeing) Skipping in the morning most days.
Following a meal plan.
Getting 8 hours of sleep.
Taha Whānau (Family Wellbeing) Catch up with parents once a day.
Keep up with friends.
Cat training 1-3 times a day.
Taha Hinengaro (Emotional and Mental Wellbeing) Practice mindfulness once or twice a day.
Taha Wairua (Spiritual Wellbeing) Before bed find at least one thing that went well on that day and something that I am greatful for.
Whenua (Interconnections to the land and environment) Take my cat for a walk in the garden once a day.
Go one at least one walk/hike a month.
